Mom & Baby 6-week Series

The 6-week series of childbirth preparation and dance fusion is 1.5 hours each week (9 hours total).

 

Starting January at Yoga on Seven in Vaughan.

Every class includes body awareness, simple & FUN dance moves that help with baby’s optimal position. Increase your flexibility, making it easier for your body to adjust to your changing shape as well as cope during labour through movement.

Additional weekly topics include:
* Signs of labour & when to call your health care provider
* Breathing & Postions for Labour & Delivery
* Feeding your newborn
* Preparing your body for birth
* Get this Baby Out! Natural & Medical Inductions
* What to Expect with your Baby

The 6-week series of Mom & Baby dance fusion is 1.5 hours each week (9 hours total).

 

Starting January at Attitudes Master Class in Markham.

Every class includes body awareness, simple & FUN dance moves that help aid in stregthening your postpartum recovery. Increase your core stability, and body confidence while building lasting relationships with other moms and babies. You and your baby will love dancing together!

* Importance of Self Care
* Infant Massage Demonstration
* Gentle Sleep Shaping for your baby
* Pelvic Floor Care
* Sex after Baby
* Writing your birth Story
