• Birth Plan Preparation
• Discussion on Comfort Measures During Labour
• My Assistance During Labour as well as Post-Natal Assistance after delivery (as required)
• Post Natal Breastfeeding Assistance

 *My Program Services are available for a flat rate (Massage may be reimbursed under some Medical Benefits Packages)
